Does ChemWatch have backup and disaster recovery policies? If so can the SCA have a copy?
How many copies of the SCA’s data does the ChemWatch keep and are they stored in geographically separated areas? See above diagram. If they are stored in geographically diverse regions, what are the countries where the data resides and what are the laws governing security and privacy of user data in those countries?
