Once you log in check the filters at the top so that you only are filtering for National Inventories as a subset of the regulatory filter.
Now click on the index button on the RHS of the screen, and once the index screen appears click the tickbox "apply filters".
Now you should only see national inventories in your index screen.
Tick as many of the lists as you want to search through. Once they are all ticked click the "MyGal-Extract" button. Now paste all the cas numbers you want to interrogate against the lists into the window below. the window looks small but will accept many thousands of cas numbers at once. Then click the "Extract Data" button next to the delimiter window. please note the delimiter is defaulted to a PIPE. You can change this to be any character you wish but in my opinion a PIPE is the best to use.
The extraction process will start and when it is completed you will get a message. Now close this window and in the index window click My-GAL download. On the next screen click download.
This will allow you to download a file called MyGAL.zip. This is a compressed archive than when decompressed will have delimited text files with all of the data. Files will be named with long strings such as 40-1-7-34-1-1-CN-20190304. Once of the files that comes out of the mygal zip will be called index. That files relates these long strings with the regulation name. That same file also tells you if any data whatsoever was found for that list. The file named with that exact string will have all of the individual chemical details.
