The HAZCHEM code consists of a number from 1 to 4 and any one of the letters, P, R,S, T, W, X, Y, Z followed at times by the letter E. It is also known as EAC (Emergency Action Code), where the numbers signify the extinguishing medium and the letters signify the four aspects for fire or spillage below.
GoldFFX and Chemeritus Manifest mode will display the Hazchem signage in the manifest placard area of the user interface for hazardous chemicals after applying the hazards filter for "Placarding Report".
The Hazchem placards are shown only for the following countries that used the Emergency Action Codes:
- UK
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Malaysia
If any other country not listed above is set for any user, bot that the Hazchem will not be displayed as shown in the above screenshot.
