Description

Assessment Not Required

A risk assessment for a material can be assigned this status if the material does not require an assessment at all. This type of risk assessment status can be applicable to materials with hazard rating and risk band rating = 0. It can also be assigned to materials classified as DGC7 and 9 as these classes are not covered in the Risk Assessment module criteria.

Chemicals that do not pose a health risk or storage risks, i.e., nonhazardous and none dangerous goods will have hazard rating =0 and risk rating =0. For such chemicals, users can use the mouse right click risk assessment status option called "Assessment Not Required" to assign it to such chemicals as they are deemed to be not risky.

This will in turn help when printing all your risk assessment inventory lists (register) such that all the chemicals that do not require a risk assessment will be designated with the status "Assessment Not Required". instead of leaving them with status "assessment Required".
