Possible scenarios may have to do with the following reasons;
1. User settings
Check if you have been granted permission to access the MSDS and Labels Panel, Tree Panel and Search Panels
2. Check status view of each panel from the Windows Link on the Home page
Select the "Windows" link name next tot he program's logo in the home user interface. A pop up panel will display an "X" (close) or a ticket (opened) next to the panel name. To ensure all the panels are displayed on the home page, select the name of the panel or simply click on the "X" for the one that is temporarily closed to reactivate to display in the home page as shown below.
If an "X" close icon is displayed against a panel name, that means that the respective panel is temporarily switched off from view by user. Select the "X" or panel name to activate it again to display on the home page.
