Chemwatch System on the web	Open the web and enter the web address for the Chemwatch system and type in your login credentials. Note that certain functions such as mouse right click may not be fully compatible with tablets on the normal web. For better performance and data related attributes such as editing data or download data, it is recommended to use a pc/desktop or laptop. https://jr.chemwatch.net/chemwatch.web/home	For best performance and use of features and other application tools, it is recommended to use the pc/desktop or laptop. SmartSuite App	The SmartSuite2 App is available for both Apple and Android mobile/tablet devices’ marketplace (Apple Store or Google Play). Download SmartSuite2from App Store/Google Play and enter your login credentials. Apple Device Market Place Android Device Market Place If you already have a Chemwatch SmartSuite subscription and were using the old SmartSuite App, please remove the old version from your Apps Settings by UNINSTALLING the app from your device prior to downloading the new version “SmartSuite2". If you have SmartSuite App as part of your package and still having problems login into the app after the download, please check with your Chemwatch system administrator if you have been granted permission to access the app. Once the app is downloaded, use your credentials; account, user login and password to snyc your data to start using the application. SmartSuite Login Screen	The SmartSuite2 App login screen contains three login fields; namely: Login Field Description Account This is the domain account name provided by the person who looks after the Chemwatch System within your company or organisation Username This is your username provided by the super admin/sub admin Password Password Login button Press the login button to gain access to the App Remember me checkbox Select the “Remember me” checkbox to recall your login details for the account/username in subsequent logins Free Version button Try the free version of SmartSuite2 with a Chemwatch default inventory	After login, ensure to SYNC your data through the synchronisation option from the menu icon Click on the synchronisation button to start syncing data. This is important before using the app to get current data.
