Form builder is a powerful database customization tool for Chemwatch users to create all types of forms for internal and external use within the organisation.
uCreate unlimited data points and associate them with:

uPopulate these fields automatically or manually (using forms)
All user custom data is stored in a secure, user-specific database and can be used for:

This tool allows you to create forms containing the following:
uPlain Input Text fields
uMulti-line text fields
uCheckbox fields and menus
uRadio-button fields and menus
uDrop down menus
uDate pickers
uUpload buttons
uLists
uEven special fields such as "Personnel" and "Contact Details" that automatically populate from your database if contacts are available.
Using the Form Builder
Step 1 – ADD FIELDS
uUse the standard fields rule or fancy field options to create a Form
Step 2 – APPLY FIELD SETTINGS
uAssign field settings, labels and conditions for each field in your Form
Step 3 – ARRANGE YOUR FORM TO BEFIT YOUR REQUIREMENTS
uReorder your Form by drag and drop functionality
Step 4 – PUBLISH OR GENERATE THE FORM
uPublish the Form
Using the Form Functionality
uOnce the Form is published, it will be available from any material by using the mouse right-click functionality:
uUsers may fill these forms manually or an entire data set can be imported into the system
uHistory of the Form data will be kept in the database for future use
Using Custom Data points
uUser created data points now exist in the database
uThis data can be used in;
uReport Generator (data export and integration) – CSV, XML, XLS, HTML
