Internal Publishing
The SDS is to be used internally ONLY (ie. not for distribution purpose). The Watermark (INTERNALLY ONLY) will be present on authored sds document . This type of sds document will not be found in the "UNFILED" folder under the FOLDERS directory . No block count is used in this type of publishing methodology.
External Publishing
The SDS is used for external purpose. No watermark. Found in UNFILED folder. Block count is used.
Steps
Note: The unpublished version of the authored sds will have the Draft watermark.
1. Open the draft version of the sds by clicking on the Gold SDS button
2. Select the "Publish" 
button from the toolbar to choose internal or external publish option
3. Display of Watermarks on SDS
When "Internal Publish is selected
When "External Publish" is selected; there will be "No Watermark".
IMPORTANT
When publishing an sds, the final document will generate its own version number.
