Report Generator Panel Fields for Advanced Tab
Users with the privilege to manage the Report Generator will be able to access the Report Generator and create/edit Report Templates using the Report Generator Method Builder Tool.
Table Description of Fields in Report Generator Panel

| Language | List of available languages | Choose a specific language from the drop-down list that must be used to generate data |
| Country | List of Available countries | Choose a specific country from the drop-down list of countries to ensure legislative information is based on country-specific instrument |
| (M)SDS Format | Legislative format of (M)SDS data - Local, GHS or REACH Format | The "Format" field allows users to generate data or information based on the selected type of (M)SDS classification or legislative instrument based on country/language (jurisdiction). Local = Classification based on the country/language filter for a jurisdiction GHS = Globally Harmonised System for the Classification and Labelling of Hazardous Chemicals, which uses Hazard Codes (Hazard Phrases - H Codes) to communicate hazard information REACH = Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals for the European Union |
| Report | Report Template Name | This is the report template name saved by the user after assigning the required data point fields to enable users to generate information or data. Note that the Report Generator Tool is user dependent, which means that the administrator can set users that can create or edit data or simply view and generate reports based on already existing report types. You may also find that the report name can be given as per the type of information required for that report,e.g.Manifest Report - to generate all related manifest data such as volume, folders/stores, etc. |
| Add icon | Add New Report Template | The 'Add' icon must be used to create new report templates and assign the respective data points. |
| Edit icon | Edit Report Template | The Edit icon  allows users with edition right to make changes to an already existing template which already contains datapoint fields. |
| Delete icon | Remove Report Template | The Delete icon  allows users to remove (delete) an existing Report Template from the Report Generator. Note that once a report template is deleted, it cannot be brought back, if such occurs by mistake, the user will have to re-create a new template. |
| Close icon | Close Report Template | Close currently selected Report Template or close the Report Generator panel by clicking on the close icon |
| Enable Multiple | Checkbox selected or unchecked | Checkbox when selected allows the report to generate data whereby if more than one record entry exist for the material; such as multiple preferred names, or vendors will be generated accordingly. |
| Format | List of available report formats | Drop down arrow list available report formats to choose the applicable type of format to use to generate the data of interest. Available list of format 1. Microsoft excel (XLS) 2. Comma-separated values (CSV) 3. HyperText Markup Language (HTML) 4. Extensible Markup Language (XML) 5. Microsoft excel (XLSX) 6.
