In order to assign a preferred vendor into section 1 of the Gold MSDS for a particular product, download the steps in the attached document.
Note that the Vendor Group Details (Supplier/Manufacturer) must exist in the database. If the Vendor Group details do not exist in the database, they must be added using the Settings/MSDS Settings/Preferred Vendor Tab. These settings are administrative settings and if user does not have access to Settings module, consult your administrator of the program within your business or institution to grant access of add the preferred vendor to make it available for users to assign the desired preferred vendor or consult with helpdesk@chemwatch.net for more information.
