The Risk Assessment report displays all the options selected from the Checklist. The generated information is rendered in the report section "For making the best use of the controls,..."


The following steps illustrate the steps to ‘use the Checklist for a chemical on “Health (ILO)” risk assessment mode. 

 

Steps

  1. Select the Risk Assessment module button  
  2. Press   the ILO or UN tab
  3. Press the Folder name. Note that the risk assessment grid  will show the list of chemical names and the risk assessment parameters, including the Checklist button  
  4. Clickthe Expand button  alongside the chemical name 
  5. Click the Locked padlock button  to unlock   the risk assessment for the chemical
  6. Set the risk assessment parameters 
  7. Click the Controls button and set the recommended level of control
  8. Press   the Checklist button  in the risk band column alongside the chemical that is being risk assessed

 

9. Select the Checklist options that are relevant for the best use of controls by clicking on the red switch button  to turn it green 

10. Click the Close button  on the top right corner of the Checklist panel


11. Click the unlocked padlock button to lock   (save) the risk assessment

 12. Click the Yes button to save the risk assessment

 

A confirmation message for risk assessment saved successfully will be displayed in the top middle area of the user interface.

Take note that the risk assessment status changes from Assessment Required  to Assessment Complete 

 

13. Pressthe Report button  from the DOCS column on the far right to render the risk assessment report.

The Risk Assessment Report renders the Checklist information for best use of controls in the section “For making the best use of controls, please follow the checklist below”.
