The following steps illustrate the steps on how to print a risk assessment report for completed risk assessments for multiple materials. 

 

Steps


1. Select the Risk Assessment module button (defaults to ILO/UN tab).

2. Press the Folder name. Take note that the risk assessment grid will show the list of chemical names and the status of risk assessments.


3. Select the checkboxes alongside the chemicals with completed risk assessments or you can simply use the status column to filter for completed risk assessments.

4. Press the Print button from the top right corner of the user interface.

5. Select the radio button for the Report option from the print menu.

6. Press the Submit button.7. Press the Submit button from the signature window, However, if a signature is required, use the assessor’s or approver’s signature options to upload a signature file for your risk assessments.

8. Press the Print buttonfrom the top right corner of the acrobat reader program.



The multiple risk assessments batch report will contain the number of completed risk assessments. It is important to ensure that each page generated in the batch report contains the corresponding risk assessment report for each material's completed risk assessment.
