There are two options around this question;


Scenario 1 - Materials or Folders Module


Let us consider that the mixture has already been published and its part of your inventory register. In this case, generally; a user can search for the name of the mixture and select the labels button. The user defined tab in the labels panel will have to be used to access all specific labels that were customised or newly created.


How to find a specific label (custom/user defined) 


Steps


1. open materials/folders module

2. click on own button (search panel)

3. select labels button (MSDS and Labels panel)

4. type the name of the mixture

5. click search button

6. select the name of the mixture from the search results

7. a label panel loads tow optional tabs - default or user defined. choose the user defined tab

8. move your mouse pointer over the thumbnail picture of the desired label and click on the forward arrow to display/load the label

9. select the print, save or email button


Scenario 2 - Credo Module


1. open Credo module

2. hover your mouse over the SDS icon to display label button option 

3. click on label button

4. select "User Defined" tab

5. a label panel loads tow optional tabs - default or user defined. choose the user defined tab

6. move your mouse pointer over the thumbnail picture of the desired label and click on the forward arrow to display/load the label

7. select the print, save or email button
