1. Click on DGEN module button 


2. Select the GALLERY button blob1435029872198.png from the label toolbar


3. Press the "User Defined Tab"  to load available template(s) to choose from

4. Move your mouse pointer to bottom right corner of the thumbnail/picture frame and click on the forward arrow icon  that auto displays upon hovering mouse pointer to load label template of interest


Note: User defined label template is created by user from scratch or can be a customised label template from the default Chemwatch labels.

5. Type the new label template name (in order to save it as a new name), especially if customising a default label to differentiate it from the original label name



6. Choose the applicable directory to save label by choosing from the two optional directories below


=> Save label template as XML format into an external drive or pc folder/desktop

=> Save label template into the database (Chemeritus/GoldFFX)

In this case, will save template to external drive (pc/desktop) as xml format for future use.




7. Identify network or desktop/folder to save the xml label format


8. Click on the "Save" button on the desktop save panel




9. Select the downloaded label template file name from the desktop download bar (bottom left position)

10. Open the file name from your designated desktop/folder

Consult wit your IT if you are not able to open the file or google "xml format" software that can read xml files, e.g adobe dreamweaver as shown below
